Successful candidate will possess:

• B-Arch or M-Arch from an accredited architectural school
• Knowledge of the IBC, ADA, and life safety issues
• Collaboration, organizational, and time management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ten years’ min. experience in commercial/industrial architecture
• Ability to draft using Autocad or Revit

Requirements:

This position requires a 5-year Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field and 1 years of relevant experience. In the alternative, a Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is acceptable. This position also requires the following academic or work experience with: AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray, or Revit; Rhinoceros and Grasshopper; IBC, ADA, and life safety issues; computer modeling and building design; energy modeling software; and photo and rendering editing in Photoshop. LEED Green Associate credentials and licensure track is required. Must be eligible and in pursuit of NCARB registration.

• Experience designing concrete, steel, timber, and masonry
• Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects of various sizes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate in a team environment
• A proactive approach to timely problem solving
• Experience using Autocad
• A minimum of two years’ experience
