(4) buildings totaling 2.6 Million sf in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. One unique aspect of this project was the topography and adjacent roadway, which resulted in a 38’ tall retaining wall. As is typical at TDG, we used our multi-discipline approach to come up with cost effective, well designed solutions. By doing so, we were able to maintain building coverage and improve the site flow.
