A 2021 NAIOP Summit Award winner, the Sierra Nevada Academy Charter School is a 16,576 square foot substantial tenant improvement in an existing two-story concrete structure built in 1950. The remodeled facility features multiple classrooms including STEM, Robotics, Performing Arts, Creative Writing, as well as a Science Lab, Lecture Hall and Administrative Offices.
